Nicole brings over 15+ years of experience leading corporate communications, marketing, brand, events & engagement, and strategy and innovation in post-secondary education, health care, financial services, and now digital technology industries.
Most recently Nicole served as a Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications for an Ontario credit union where she developed and launched a new brand for the organization, achieved significant membership and asset growth, led critical digital transformation projects (new corporate website, chatbot, mobile app, digital client onboarding, etc.), developed data-analytic driven marketing programs focused on propensity and predictive analytics, and achieved exceptional brand awareness, Net Promoter Score (NPS), wallet share, and customer satisfaction results and outcomes.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Communications degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations and Communications, Master of Arts - Public Relations and Marketing, and most recently achieved her Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Digital Transformation through McMaster University.
